NAS partnered with Advisor Group, one of the nation's largest networks of wealth management firms serving over 7,000 independent financial advisors. Our goal was to develop a career site that better told their story and offered a more streamlined and robust candidate experience.
careers.advisorgroup.comThe home page of the career site features a headline and visual that emphasizes the company’s team culture. This theme, design and color scheme is continued throughout the site. The page also prominently showcases their excellent Glassdoor rating, as well as featured jobs and links to the talent network and map search.
The site includes pages for a number of job families. This allows candidates to get focused information on their specific area of interest, as well as serving as a destination for recruitment marketing campaigns. They also created a number of testimonial videos to let their own employees tell the story about working for the organization. We supplemented the videos with additional photos and quotes from employees.
With our ACTIVATE® platform, we are able to offer an interactive map search for candidates to quickly locate jobs near them. The site also offers a job search with filters, an option to sign up for job alerts and the talent network, and creative pages to highlight culture and benefits.
As part of an ongoing effort to keep the site fresh and provide new content with value for candidates, we added pages for Students and New Grads, Community Service and Diversity and Inclusion. Each page includes relevant information and photos of team members. The student pages include a direct link to internship opportunities, while the Diversity page includes a blog of the latest events and news related to D&I topics.
