"I manage both Systems Engineering and our Help Desk. I really enjoy the challenge and variety of this position. If coverage is needed, I answer the Help Desk line. Most of the time, I am managing engineering projects, such as server upgrades, Web site deployments and other infrastructure changes. The IT landscape is always on the move, so it is a continuous learning process. NAS is a great company with a lot of excellent services to offer.
